Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhatsX Pro("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the legal entity you represent. You are responsible for all activity that happens within your account.

2. Your account

• You will provide accurate, current registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use WhatsX Pro to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have not opted in.
• Send template or marketing messages to recipients who have not given opt-in consent as required by WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
• Send messages containing illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or fraud.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Resell access without an explicit written partnership agreement.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform

WhatsApp and the WhatsApp Business Platform are owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). WhatsX Pro is built on the Official WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp through WhatsX Pro is additionally governed by Meta's applicable terms, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and the Meta Commerce and Business policies. You are responsible for complying with those policies and for the content of every message you send.

Where you use the Official WhatsApp Business API:

• Message templates must be submitted to and approved by Meta, and Meta assigns each template a category (for example marketing, utility, authentication, or service) which may affect pricing and delivery.
• Meta applies conversation-based charges and messaging-tier limits. These WhatsApp conversation charges are passed through to you — billed in addition to your WhatsX Pro subscription — and Meta may change them at its discretion.
• Meta may review, throttle, restrict, suspend, or ban a phone number or business account for policy or quality reasons. These actions are made by Meta and are outside our control, and we cannot reverse them.

We design the product to respect WhatsApp's rules, but you remain solely responsible for obtaining recipient opt-in and for the lawfulness of the content you send.

"WhatsApp" and "WhatsApp Business Platform" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsX Pro is an independent software provider operated by R&DC Software; our use of these names does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Meta beyond our access to the WhatsApp Business Platform.

5. Plans and billing

• Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR). Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay.
• Plan limits (DMs, contacts, sessions, etc.) are enforced at the time of sending. Exceeding them blocks further sends until the next billing period or an upgrade.
• Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing paid subscriptions remain at the original price until the next renewal.

6. Trial

New accounts start on a 14-day trial of the Trial plan. After 14 days, sending is paused until you pick a paid plan.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that materially harms other users or WhatsApp itself. You may close your account at any time from settings or by writing to support@whatsxpro.com.

8. Intellectual property

We own the platform, including all code, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of your contact lists, templates, and messages. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsX Pro's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
