Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your WhatsX Pro account and the data associated with it. WhatsX Pro is operated by R&DC Software. The request can be made for the account you created in the WhatsX Pro mobile app or web app using your registered email address or Google account.

How to request account deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@whatsxpro.com from the email address registered on your WhatsX Pro account.
2. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include your registered email address, registered phone number, and your business / workspace name so we can locate your account.
3. We verify ownership of the account (we may reply to confirm the request from your registered email or phone number).
4. Once verified, your account and the associated data listed below are permanently deleted within 30 days, and we email you a confirmation.

What data is deleted

On a verified request, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your user profile — name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Contacts and contact groups you uploaded or created.
• Message history, conversations, templates, and campaigns.
• WhatsApp connection / session data for the numbers you paired.
• API keys, chatbots, and knowledge-base documents you created.
• If you are the only member of a workspace, the entire workspace and all of its data are deleted.

What data is retained, and for how long

A limited set of records is retained only where the law requires it, and is deleted once the legal retention period ends:

• Billing and tax records (invoices, payment identifiers) are retained for up to 8 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting law (e.g. GST record-keeping). These are then permanently deleted. We never store your card details — payments are processed by Razorpay.
• We do not retain your contacts, message content, or WhatsApp session data beyond the 30-day deletion window described above.

Deleting individual data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your entire account to remove specific data. Inside the app you can delete individual contacts, conversations, templates, and campaigns at any time. Old message history is also automatically removed according to your plan's retention period.
